Duties
The Remuneration Committee is responsible for the review of the remuneration mechanism and incentive scheme of the Directors and senior management,and the establishment and maintenance of a reasonable and competitive remuneration level in order to attract and retain Directors and senior management. The Remunenation Committee may obtain external professional or independent advice when necessary. The Remuneration Committee reports directly to the Board.
