Duties
The Nomination Committee is responsible for formulating policy for nomination of directors and to lead the process of identifying and nominating candidates suitably qualified to become Board members.  It reviews the Board structure, size and composition and makes recommendations to the Board on re-appointment of directors and succession planning for the Chairman and the chief executive of the Company.The Nomination Committee may obtain external professional or independent advice when necessary.The Nomination Committee reports directly to the Board.
